Why Martin A. Schultz & Associates

After a decade’s long larger firm experience, Martin A. Schultz established Martin A. Schultz & Associates in 1991 as a specialized commercial transactions practice, historically built upon referrals, to provide clients the same first-rate senior counsel on a more personal level with less trappings and expense.

Practice Approach

Martin brings to every engagement deep-seated legal skill and knowledge of matters complex and routine gained over a successful career of working closely with clients large and small on all manner of issues and type of transactions. His skill and knowledge are complemented by — and clients benefit from — the breadth of Martin’s understanding of complex financings and business concerns garnered from his early-years’ practice experience (see “Early Years’ Bonds Experience”), his years as an economist for the Chicago Board of Trade, his White House experience with the Tokyo Round negotiations of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), and his academic achievements.

All matters are handled promptly, whether by Martin or of counsel colleagues, with attention to detail, thoroughness, accuracy, and a focus on delivering excellent service that enhances the success of clients in addressing their challenges and achieving their goals.
